I wanted to wish everyone a safe and happy 4th of July! Summer is in full swing and the beaches are packed! I am scouting for more beach cams to include in the directory. I am very excited to announce that I have added a page for Costa Rica today! To kick things off, there is just one cam linked to start with… but I’m working on finding some more great web cams located in Costa Rica. New Port Richey is going to the dogs?

Photo by maradaNew Port Richey in Florida will be holding an event called Bow wow Beach Day on Sunday, March 14^th from 8 to 10am. Pet owners will be allowed to bring their dogs for a swim at the beach! Apparently, this is the first event of its kind, so it should be great fun for pet and owner alike.

Owners must bring proof of the dog’s current vaccination records, a collar and a leash to enter. All owners must pick up after their own pets.
